Invision then will be in contact via email to advise when the RMA has been raised and collection arranged. All accessories must be included. When the unit arrives back to Invision it will be inspected to ensure the warranty is valid (Terms and Conditions). Providing everything is compliant a replacement unit will subsequently be dispatched. |
